چکیده

A laboratory incubation experiment in a closed dynamic air flow system was conducted for 30 days to estimate the volatilization loss of NH3-N from 0, 1, 2 and 3% Nano-ZnO coated urea treated soil. The volatilized soil chambers collected titrated every 48 hours. Another carried out study effect coating with on inorganic nitrogen (NH4-N NO3-N) content soils at 2, 4, 8, 14 21 period. two experiments were arranged completely randomized design three replications. results first indicated that fertilizer Nano-ZnO  reduced total 22.82 % applied N uncoated (0 coating) 13.03% highest level (3%) reduction by 42.90%.The second showed average NH4-N increased 86.52 mg Kg-1 0% Nano-Zn 131.04 urea, ratio extractable NO3-N 1: 1.06, 1.17, 1.50 1.75 respectively. Also, 168.19 (0% 205.70 with  (3%).Therefore, using improves use efficiency and  reduce ammonia loamy sand

Assessment of Ammonia Volatilization Losses and Nitrogen Utilization during the Rice Growing Season in Alkaline Salt-Affected Soils

The objectives of this study were to evaluate the effects of different fertilizer types and application rates on ammonia volatilization loss and to explore nitrogen distribution and nitrogen use efficiency using the 15N isotope tracing technique in different alkaline salt-affected conditions in the Songnen Plain, Northeast China. The results showed a decreasing trend in ammonia volatilization l...

Blending Urea with Organic Materials Possessing Antimicrobial Property on Nitrification and Ammonia Volatilization in a Tropical Soil

Different organic materials possessing antimicrobial properties have the ability to retard nitrification. Nitrification retarders could be successfully used to improve fertilizer efficiency if the retarders do not increase ammonia volatilization as well. The main objective of this study was to find whether any locally available organic materials namely cow dung, seed crush of Syzygium cumini, L...

In Situ Nitrogen Mineralization, Nitrification, and Ammonia Volatilization in Maize Field Fertilized with Urea in Huanghuaihai Region of Northern China

Nitrogen (N) fertilization potentially affects soil N mineralization and leaching, and can enhance NH3 volatilization, thus impacting crop production. A fertilizer experiment with five levels of N addition (0, 79, 147, 215 and 375 kg N ha(-1)) was performed in 2009 and 2010 in a maize field in Huanghuaihai region, China, where > 300 kg N ha(-1) has been routinely applied to soil during maize gr...
